Requireds and Education:
Doctorate of Audiology (Au.D.)degree; or master's degree in Audiology required
Current state licensure in Audiology and hearing aid despensing required
Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, with strong ability to prioritize
Proficiency with computers, audiologic diagnostic equipement, and hearing aid software systems
A passion for learning, with a compassionate caring, and respectful approach to patient care
Ability to travel for professional development or trainging opportunites, as required by practice
Day to Day
Conductiong comprehensive hearing assessments using the latest audiology equipment
Dispensing, fitting, and adjusting hearing aids to ensure optimal performance and comfort
Providing counseling and support for ptatients and their families on hearing health, hearing aid care,
and communication strategies
Staying ahead of latest research and advancement in audiology through continuing education to
enhance patient care
Collaborating in a team environment that values professional development and a "Patient First"
