The Patient Customer Service Representative role is responsible for guiding patients through the HCS program and appointment process.
Salary: $19- $19.50 per hour, with opportunity for performance-based bonuses up to $1,500 per month

Responsibilities:
- Handling a large volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Guiding the patient through the HCS process, answering questions and explaining benefit information
- Maintaining patient files with detailed, accurate notes
- Effectively communicate the HCS program details to patients in a clear and understandable manner
- Supporting and communicating with other HCS departments
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, or equivalent
- 2 years relevant work experience in a customer service position, or related field
- Ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Effective time-management skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent typing skills
- Demonstrate warmth and approachability
- Experience in healthcare or a call center is preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred, but not required
