About Our Practice

We are a growing, patient-focused private audiology practice committed to providing exceptional hearing healthcare in a welcoming, personalized environment. We are seeking a full-time Audiologist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an audiologist who values clinical independence, meaningful patient relationships, and the opportunity to grow within a private-practice environment.


Position Responsibilities


Conduct comprehensive diagnostic hearing evaluations for adult patients.


Perform and interpret audiologic testing, including pure-tone, speech, and immittance testing.


Counsel patients and families regarding hearing loss, treatment options, and communication strategies.


Recommend, fit, program, and dispense hearing aids and other hearing technology as clinically appropriate.


Perform hearing aid cleanings, repairs, adjustments, and follow-up care.


Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's hearing needs and lifestyle.


Establish strong, long-term relationships with patients and their families.


Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals when appropriate.


Participate in community outreach, hearing screenings, and practice growth initiatives.


Maintain compliance with Illinois licensure requirements and applicable professional standards.


What We're Looking For

Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree from an accredited program.


Current or eligible Illinois Audiology license.


Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.


Excellent communication and patient counseling abilities.


Commitment to providing ethical, evidence-based, patient-centered care.


Comfortable working independently while being part of a collaborative private-practice team.


Experience with hearing aid technology and dispensing is preferred.

Compensation

Starting salary: $80,000-100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, plus [bonus/commission structure, if applicable].
