Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bend, OR, for a Patient Care Coordinator. The responsibilities include managing patient appointments, providing exceptional customer service, coordinating care plans, maintaining patient records, and offering support to ensure a positive patient experience. As the first point of contact, the Patient Care Coordinator will assist patients both in-person and on the phone, ensuring all inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Experience in Appointment Scheduling and strong proficiency in coordinating schedules
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and communication skills
- Experience in Care Coordination and a commitment to providing exceptional patient service
- Understanding of basic Medical Terminology
- Knowledge or experience in Patient Care, with a patient-first mindset
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in an on-site role in a healthcare-focused environment
- Previous experience in the hearing or healthcare industry is a plus
