Registered Nurse (RN) Charge Nurse
Heardmont Health Properties is currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Charge nurse to join our team of amazing caregivers.
Duties:
- Oversee and manage operations in a healthcare facility while ensuring compliance with standards and protocols for nursing department
- Coordinate and supervise staff to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality patient care
- Provide guidance and support to staff members, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
- Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to maintain effective communication and coordination across departments
- Assist nursing with medications

Requirements:
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing in the State of GA
- Long term care experience preferred

- Ability to prioritize tasks and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail to ensure compliance with standards and protocols
- Problem-solving skills to address any issues or challenges that may arise during weekend operations
