Join Hear Again America to support our nationwide franchise network as a Franchise Marketing Coordinator. You’ll help implement marketing campaigns, organize events, and boost local and national brand awareness while acting as a key resource for franchise owners.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute marketing strategies and campaigns across digital, print, and community channels
• Support the Marketing Director with planning, budgeting, and campaign analysis
• Communicate marketing plans, deliverables, and deadlines to franchise teams
• Analyze campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements
• Collaborate with vendors to produce marketing materials
• Ensure compliance with brand standards
• Train and support franchise owners on marketing best practices
• Serve as primary contact for franchisees, offering guidance and assistance
• Coordinate onboarding for new franchisees

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 2 years marketing experience (franchise/multi-unit preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office, social media, and marketing automation tools
• Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to multitask and travel as needed
• Healthcare/service industry background is a plus
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
