We’re looking for a skilled Construction Project Manager II with an electrical background, who is local to the Dallas, area to help us bring our mission of sustainability, innovation, and collaboration to this exciting new region.
As a Construction Project Manager II, you’ll take ownership of the full project life cycle — from bid preperation and initiation through execution, control, and closeout — for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure construction projects, with a strong focus on the electrical scope. Your leadership will directly shape the success of each project, ensuring a Superior Client Experience, high levels of Colleague Engagement and Collaboration, and achievement of Financial Sustainability goals.
In this role, you’ll:
- Lead client-focused communication and outreach, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Clearly define and communicate the project scope, ensuring alignment with both the Client and internal teams.
- Establish the Client’s Guiding Principles, schedule, cost, cash flow, quality standards, and resource plans to deliver top-quality results.
- Manage medium to large-sized projects (construction costs up to $5 million).
- Strengthen client relationships through successful project delivery, creating opportunities for continued collaboration and repeat business.
