Retail Construction Superintendent - On the Road Position - Up to 100% Travel Required

We're hiring an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead retail ground-up, tenant improvement, and remodel projects across the U.S. This role is responsible for all on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

At Healy, our Superintendents are dedicated to one project at a time, giving you the ability to focus on delivering a successful project while building strong relationships with our clients and trade partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations from mobilization through closeout.
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, schedules, and site logistics.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
• Maintain safety, quality, and code compliance.
• Partner with Project Managers, owners, architects, and vendors to keep projects moving.
• Complete daily reports, progress photos, and project documentation using Procore.

Qualifications

• 5 years of commercial construction experience with retail tenant improvements, remodels, or ground-up projects.
• Strong blueprint reading and problem-solving skills.
• Proven leadership managing active jobsites on tight schedules.
• Experience with Procore, Microsoft Office, and scheduling software.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the U.S.
