CORE JOB SUMMARY
The Regional Manager oversees the development and processes of the Test & Treat, Prep, nPEP and Sexually Transmitted Disease departments and ensures that the clinics are managed and performing efficiently and effectively.
Specific projects include overseeing operational projects, patient retention programs, medical record process and other duties as assigned. This position allows an individual to demonstrate skills related to team supervision, project management, team collaboration and problem resolution.
CORE JOB FUNCTIONS
- Oversee the development and processes of the Test & Treat, PrEP, nPEP and Sexually Transmitted Disease departments.
- Liaison for Site Managers (Direct Report)
- Responsible for the hiring and selection of new employees, developing performance plans, conducting performance appraisals, planning, and directing Managers, Supervisors, and their teams work, approving timesheets, leave and taking disciplinary action as appropriate.
- Utilize leadership and managerial skills to create partnerships within the medical and social service community that serve HIV infected.
- Review and analyze monthly statistical outcomes with Site Managers to share with the supervisors and team members.
- Ensure the 24-hour PrEP, nPEP, STD & Test & Treat phones are answered in a timely manner and client’s questions are answered appropriately.
- Attend all leadership meetings to ensure all departments are meeting their monthly data goals.
- Work with community partners to track HIV infected persons and ensure a system exist to link the persons to immediate care.
- Monitor employees’ work product, performance and investigative activities through observational interviews, counseling sessions and field investigations.
- Work with community partners to track HIV infected persons and ensure that systems exist to ensure persons infected with HIV are provided immediate linkage to HIV care and initiation of antiretroviral therapy at the time of diagnosis and/or returning to care after gap in services.
- Review employees’ cases, field records and other program papers to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of case management.
- Interact with healthcare professional’s executives, and vendors in the local community.
- Manage new clinic implementations which includes managing resources, inventory, and vendors.
- New clinical Program Implementation with clinical leadership
- Responsible for all clinic inventory Management in coordination with Site Managers
- Collaborates with Business Development, Expansion and building partnerships.
- Responsible for ongoing update of clinical standing operating procedures in coordination with supervisor

CORE QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in related field; master’s degree preferred
Certification and Licensing:
Phlebotomy Certification preferred
Experience:
7 years of related experience:
- 2 years of Disease Intervention
- 2 years of leadership experience
- 1 years of extensive working knowledge of STD’s/HIV
Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes:
- Knowledge of business and management principles
- Ability to direct, manager, implement, and evaluate department operations
- Ability to establish department goals and objectives that support the strategic plan
- Ability to effectively plan, delegate and/or supervise the work of others
- Ability to lead, motivate, develop, and train others
Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
