A regional medical center in the Southeastern U.S. is partnering with HealthYes to add an H1B Internal Medicine Hospitalist to its growing inpatient team.
Position Overview
This hospitalist role is daytime-only, following a 7-on/7-off schedule with no night shifts required. You'll provide comprehensive inpatient care for adult patients, working alongside experienced advanced practice providers and collaborating with a strong team of subspecialists including critical care, neurology, cardiology, nephrology, and more.
The facility has dedicated nocturnists in place, and there are no procedural requirements. Leadership is deeply supportive, emphasizing physician satisfaction, autonomy, and low turnover across the department.
Qualifications

MD or DO from an accredited program

Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine

Completion of ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine residency

Eligible for medical licensure in the state of practice

Strong communication skills and a team-based mindset
