FNP or PA

Position Overview:
Provide routine physicals, manage chronic conditions like diabetes and hypertension, and engage patients in preventative education. You’ll operate in a team-based model that includes social workers, nurses, and administrative support.

Qualifications:

• FNP or PA certification 

• North Carolina license or eligibility

• Previous outpatient or urgent care experience preferred

• Cultural humility and patient-first mindset required
