Family Nurse Practitioner – Primary Care
HealthYes Staffing Network is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for an established Federally Qualified Health Center in Northern Maine.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan
- Conduct physical examinations, wellness visits, and preventive screenings
- Diagnose and treat common acute illnesses and injuries
- Manage chronic medical conditions
- Develop individualized treatment and follow-up plans
- Order and interpret laboratory testing and diagnostic studies
- Prescribe medications within applicable licensure and authority
- Educate patients and families about prevention, treatment, and long-term health management
- Coordinate referrals and collaborate with physicians, specialists, and community resources
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records
- Support quality-improvement and population-health initiatives
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
- Active Maine APRN license or eligibility to obtain one
- Prescriptive authority or eligibility to obtain it
- Ability to provide primary care across the lifespan
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Commitment to accessible and patient-centered care
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative rural-health environment
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual compensation range: $105,000–$185,000
