Compensation: $275,000–$375,000 annually
HealthYes Staffing Network is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine Physician for an established, nonprofit healthcare organization in Northern Maine, within commuting distance of Van Buren.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan
- Conduct routine physical examinations, wellness visits, and health screenings
- Diagnose and treat common acute illnesses and injuries
- Manage chronic medical conditions through evidence-based care
- Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostic studies
- Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide preventive care, immunizations, and patient education
- Coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialty providers
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Participate in applicable quality-improvement and population-health initiatives
- Build trusted, continuity-based relationships with patients and families
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency
- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine
- Active Maine medical license or eligibility to obtain one
- Appropriate prescribing credentials as required
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

Compensation and Benefits
