HealthYes Staffing Network is recruiting an experienced Dental Front Desk Coordinator to join an established, patient-focused dental practice in the Greater Delray Beach area.
This permanent, full-time position is ideal for someone with dental office experience who enjoys creating an excellent patient experience, maintaining an organized schedule, and helping a busy practice run smoothly.
Position Highlights
- Starting compensation in the mid-$20s per hour, based on experience

- 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and provide a professional, friendly first impression
- Answer and manage incoming telephone calls
- Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and coordinate patient appointments
- Complete patient check-in and check-out procedures
- Verify dental insurance coverage and patient eligibility
- Collect copayments, balances, and other patient payments
- Respond to general questions regarding treatment plans and financial arrangements
- Maintain accurate electronic patient records and contact information
- Support patient recall and reactivation efforts
- Monitor the daily schedule and respond to cancellations or unexpected changes
- Communicate scheduling and patient information to dentists, hygienists, assistants, and office leadership
- Protect patient confidentiality and follow applicable HIPAA requirements
- Assist the Office Manager with administrative projects and daily practice needs
Qualifications
- Previous dental office or patient coordinator experience
- Customer Service experience
- Ability to use a computer and type
- Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, and patient payments
- Strong customer service and patient communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced dental practice
- Professional telephone and email communication
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with computers and electronic patient records
- Experience with Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, or similar dental-practice software is preferred
- Dependable, professional, and comfortable collaborating with clinical and administrative team members
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation begins at mid-$20s per hour and is determined by directly relevant experience and qualifications.
