Because we're growing rapidly, we're looking for a researcher to join our team! You'll be a crucial link between product development, marketing, and knowledge sharing within the company.
Job Description
As a Researcher at Healthy Workers, you'll be thé link between content, innovation, and impact. You'll translate complex developments in regulations, sustainability, and technology into concrete steps that strengthen our products and contribute to knowledge sharing within and outside our team.
You ensure that we are always up-to-date in terms of legislation, market standards and certifications and you also know how to use your knowledge for product development and thought leadership.
In concrete terms, this means that you will:
Conduct research on (new) laws and regulations relevant to our platform and our clients;
Analyze and translate certifications, norms, and standards in ESG, sustainability, and building management into opportunities;
Translate (technical) business logic, such as for HVAC systems, into usable product requirements;
Write practical internal documentation that is hands-on and practically useful for other teams;
Develop white papers, blogs, and other publications that make our knowledge visible externally;
Provide training to colleagues and clients on your insights and findings.
Profile
You have excellent communication skills and can convey complex material clearly and convincingly;
You work in a structured manner and can translate thorough research into clear product requirements;
You have strong analytical and investigative skills, and you are not afraid to delve deeply into complex matters;
You have strategic insight and know what is and is not valuable for our business and customers;
You have mathematical insight and can explain formulas and variables to colleagues from diverse backgrounds;
Experience with or knowledge of real estate, sustainability, HVAC, or ESG is a plus.
