What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pharmacy Technician position at Healthy Pharmacy?
This is for a full time or part time pharmacy technician position.

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the pharmacist on duty and follow policies & procedures, as set forth.
- Proper inventory management and purchasing.
- Accurately aid in counting, packaging, and preparing prescription orders.
- Assist patients and customers with their OTC purchases and prescription needs.
- Reconcile deliveries and pick-ups.
- Entering prescription orders and properly transmitting claims to the appropriate insurance companies.
Qualifications:
- Retail experience is preferred, not required.
- Excellent communication skills are required.
- Must be a team player with proven abilities to apply judgment, ethical practice, and decision-making skills.
- MMS PrimeRx knowledge preferred, not required.
- The days and hours the pharmacy is operational are Monday to Friday 8 AM-7 PM, Sundays 10AM-4PM.
- Assigned work hours are flexible and will be discussed.
