The Ideal Candidate Will
- Provide outstanding service and hospitality to our guests by answering and fielding all inquiries and issues in a professional, caring, and timely manner
- Communicate effectively with all guests and staff and stay up-to-date on many aspects of the store’s operations
- Hold basic Front End operational responsibilities in assisting cashiers with POS functions, counting in and counting down drawers, and making change
- Our staff discounts are awesome. You will get 50% off our Hot Bar, 10% off beer, 20% off wine, 30% off Wellness supplements and 20% off everything else in the store.
- Our amazing Angel Food program, where HL staff receives all products that cannot be sold, but that is fine to eat. Amounts of food vary day to day, but the quantities can be significant.
