Position Overview:

We are seeking a self-motivated, knowledgeable and passionate leader to take on the role of BOH Lead in our Cafe.  As the BOH Lead, you will be responsible for providing leadership to the prepared foods team in absence of and in conjunction with the Assistant Deli Prepared Foods Manager BOH. The BOH Lead will be the main support for the Assistant Deli Prepared Foods Manager, helping with production, training and packaging during store hours. They are responsible for ensuring that back of house staff prioritize work correctly to complete their production lists.  

Shift Availability: Flexible, full-time including weekends

Location: 129 Market St. Williston, VT
Pay: This is a Full-Time position that has a starting pay range of $22.50- $24.94 per hour (Previous experience will be taken into consideration)  

Requirements

At least 1 year supervisory and leadership experience in a production kitchen environment

At least 3 years commercial kitchen experience
