Overview
Seeking service oriented Home Health Aid / Personal Assistant with dedicated care and support. This vital role involves providing personalized assistance to in their home for a PPL registered client. Overtime pay is available after the two week paid training.
Duties
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living
- Provide specialized care for clients with memory impairments, including memory care techniques and behavioral support
- Assist with household tasks including cleaning, meal preparation, and light housekeeping to maintain a safe and comfortable environment
- Maintaining patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards
Skills
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in assisted living environments
- Familiarity with home health care regulations, HIPAA compliance, and patient confidentiality standards
- CPR and First Aid certification to respond effectively during emergencies
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and collaboration with healthcare teams
Pay: Up to $240.00 per day
