We are seeking a Positive, Organized, Energetic, People Person with 3 years Kitchen Experience in a High Volume casual dining concept to join a well-oiled machine. No need to reinvent the wheel here. . . jump in and have fun!

- Shifts from 2pm to 9,10 and 11pm.

- Base Salary ranges is $52K to $60K, for a 40-45 hour week!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operation of food service staff
- Run smooth shifts with a tenured team of dedicated professionals
- Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies
- Maintain health safety standards
- Work with the Chef to maintain a cohesive, supportive, positive, drama free work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous 2-3 yrs experience in full service kitchens
- Knowledge of common food safety practices
- Strong organizational qualities
- Passion for cooking and people
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Solid work history with stability and good references
- Track record of creating and maintaining a positive workspace
