Job Description

We are looking for a Front Office Receptionist or a back office dental assistant to join our welcoming and professional team! If you are warm, friendly, loving, and excel at communication, you might be the perfect fit for our practice. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients with a warm, welcoming attitude
• Handle phone calls and inquiries with excellent communication skills
• Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
• Manage patient records and data entry with accuracy
• Coordinate internal and external marketing efforts
• Perform administrative duties as assigned
• Foster a caring and professional environment for patients and team members

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of dental front or back office experience (required)
• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures (required)
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A friendly, professional, and compassionate personality
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed
• A willingness to learn and grow within our team
• Desire to contribute to charitable initiatives and make a difference in the community

Schedule:

• Selected days on Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience with computer systems and software or chair side experience
• Passion for delivering high-quality patient care
