Healthy Kids Programs provides childcare for school-age children (ages 3–12) enrolled in our program on the days and during the hours you work. What Success Looks Like
- Program Quality: Kids are engaged, safe, and having fun every day; the program reflects Healthy Kids Program’s model and families consistently choose to re-enroll
- Staffing: The site is fully staffed every day; teachers are prepared, supported, and showing up for the kids
- Compliance: The site operates in ratio at all times; records are accurate and current; the program is ready for inspection on any given day
- Inventory: The site is well-stocked with the supplies and materials teachers need; nothing runs out mid-week; restocking happens before it becomes a problem
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience working with children in a school, childcare, camp, or youth program setting
- 1 year of managerial or supervisory experience
- Familiarity with before- and after-school program environments a plus
- Knowledge of state childcare licensing or school-age care regulations helpful but not required
- Calm, flexible, and resourceful in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to pass required background and fingerprint clearances.
