Home Energy Auditor & HVAC Sales Consultant- Join a team that's changing the Indsutry

Healthy Home Energy and Consulting, Inc has two (2) Sales Rep/Estimator position to fill covering the West Chester, Putnam County and Western CT areas. Not everyone will qualify so please read the requirements carefully.

As a Sales Rep/Estimator, you'll play a critical role in estimating projects and winning new business You'll do this by attending initial appointments, bid walks, and follow-up meetings.

This role will actively participate in Business Development, Estimating work, and Closing Deals.

• First year on-target total compensation including bonuses, $100,000 depending on performance with no cap on growth.

You are an ideal Candidate if:

• You live within 50min of Brewster, NY
• You have 6 years experience working in and around construction trades, HVAC experience is a plus
• 3 years experience in In-Home sales
• You have experience estimating projects and work, HVAC a plus
• You're comfortable with money, sales range $50,000 -$150,000 with desire for bigger sales
• You’ve participated in sales training (Sandler Sales a plus)
• You have good listening and questioning skills,
• You have excellent relationship building skills
• You have a knack for uncovering deeper issues

Responsibilities

• New contact development and revenue growth
• Point of Contact throughout the sales process
• Needs and requirements assessment
• Estimating, individually and as a team
• Presentations, individually and as a team
• Negotiating contracts and pricing terms with clients
• Coordinating closely with the Operations Team to ensure accurate handoffs, communication and client satisfaction
• Availability through all phases of the project

Skills

• Knowledge of construction site operations and construction management practices
• Ability to negotiate effectively and win sales deals
• Proficiency in using software, and learning, new software tools
• Advanced working knowledge with MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint
• Strong understanding of construction estimating processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients
• Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment towards common goals
