What You'll Do
- Master hands-on skills in energy efficiency, insulation, and home performance.
- Assist in air sealing, insulation removal and installs, and indoor air quality system improvements.
- Work alongside a tight-knit team to complete projects safely and efficiently.
- Engage with homeowners and be a brand ambassador of comfort and sustainability.
- Develop expertise by following best practices, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Continuously improve efficiency and precision—because excellence matters.

A Few Important Details
- This role requires moderate to intense physical activity, including lifting 50 lbs, working in tight spaces, and standing for extended periods.
- Background in construction, skilled trades, or spray foam insulation is a plus, but not required.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
