Contract House Cleaners (Team of 3)
Join a mission-driven cleaning company that puts health, consistency, and professionalism first. We’re growing and looking for experienced house cleaners to join our 3-person cleaning teams.
About the role:
Position: 1099 independent contractor
Schedule: Consistent weekly routes; daytime hours; part-time to full-time availability
Pay: $20–$25 per hour (based on experience and performance)
Team model: Work in a dedicated team of 3 for efficiency and quality
Location: Preferred candidates are based in Cottonwood, AZ
Transportation: Company-provided transportation to job sites
Service area: Local residential homes (see healthyhomecleaners.org for who we are)
What you’ll do
Perform high-quality residential cleanings (standard, deep, and move-in/out)
Use and maintain a wide range of cleaning tools and equipment safely
Follow established checklists and health-forward cleaning standards
Communicate professionally with teammates and clients
Arrive prepared, punctual, and ready to deliver excellent results
What we’re looking for
Proven housecleaning experience (residential preferred)
Strong familiarity with common cleaning tools: vacuums (upright/canister), microfiber systems, scrub brushes, dusters, squeegees, HEPA filters, floor mops, grout/crevice tools, etc.
Detail-oriented with pride in workmanship
Reliable transportation to the team meeting point; valid driver’s license a plus
Comfortable working collaboratively in a 3-person team
Eligibility to work as a 1099 contractor (you manage your own taxes and availability)
Nice to have
Experience with eco-friendly/health-conscious cleaning products and methods
Prior teamwork in professional cleaning crews
Basic English for team coordination and client notes
