What are the responsibilities and job description for the Optometry Front Office/Technician position at Healthy Eyes?
We need another fun and energetic member to join our team! We are looking for someone that has excellent customer service skills, is dependable and organized, and can keep composure in a fast-paced environment. We are willing to train all aspects without prior experience. We do not offer health insurance benefits, but do have increasing vacation time and retirement benefits. Our hours are Monday/Wednesday/Friday 9am-5pm, and Tuesday/Thursday 11am-7pm.
Responsibilities will include:
Daily use of computers (EHR, internet-based sites, Microsoft office)
Front office, phones, appointment scheduling
Optical sales, repairs and adjustments
Patient pretesting and contact lens training
Medical and vision insurance billing/coding
