Healthy Bartender/ Tea Tender

Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient healthy bartender/ tea tender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, with experience in food and beverage preparation, retail, or hospitality. Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of shakes beverages, teas, and specialty drinks following established recipes and presentation standards
• Operate POS systems efficiently, including cash handling and cashiering
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and ensuring their satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar station, including food handling and sanitation procedures
• Manage multiple orders during peak hours while maintaining quality and speed
• Assist with food service duties such as serving snacks or light meals when required
• Uphold food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations
• Support catering or banquet functions as needed, including serving guests at events or nightclub settings
• Handle cash transactions accurately using retail math skills and basic math proficiency

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse clientele
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
• Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques
• Experience in food service environments, including restaurants, retail, or hospitality settings
• Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling and sales transactions
• Familiarity with brewing techniques or fine dining standards is advantageous
• Ability to work early mornings or weekends if required, demonstrating flexibility in scheduling
• Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation to collaborate effectively with colleagues
