Healthy Connections is looking for a Medical Assistant (RMA) to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and compassionate nurse to play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting a collaborative healthcare team.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist providers in delivering primary and specialized healthcare services to patients.
- Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, patient education, and care coordination.
- Prepare and maintain exam rooms to ensure efficiency and a seamless patient experience.
- Serve as a liaison between patients, providers, and healthcare resources, ensuring continuity of care.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date patient records, including documentation of medical history and vital signs.
- Promote a safe and clean clinical environment, following all infection control protocols.
- Participate in community health initiatives and patient outreach programs.
What You’ll Need:
- Active national certification as an RMA.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. (American Heart or Red Cross)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health records (EHR).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to travel to other locations for training and meetings as required.
- At least 1 year experience.

This is a full-time position, requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week over four days. Shift flexibility may be required to best serve our patients.
