What You’ll Do
As a Line Cook, you’ll help bring our menu to life by preparing fresh, high-quality dishes with consistency, efficiency, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and plate menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain speed, organization, and consistency during service
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety procedures
- Ensure ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and rotated correctly
- Accommodate dietary restrictions and special guest requests
- Keep stations clean, stocked, and service-ready throughout shifts
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with teammates to create a positive and supportive kitchen culture
- Assist with additional kitchen duties as needed
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications & Skills
- 3 years of kitchen or line cook experience preferred
- Current Food Handler Certification required
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
- Reliable, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Able to help prep for the line and be adaptable
- Open to coaching, feedback, and cross-training opportunities
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs and stand for extended periods
