Position Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Occupational Health Float
Location: Kentucky & Illinois (multi-site)
Schedule: Full-time | Day shift | No nights, weekends, or holidays
Pay: $27–$31/hour (based on experience)
Job Summary
HealthWorks Medical is seeking a flexible, self-motivated RN to provide occupational health services across multiple clinic locations. This role is ideal for a nurse who enjoys variety, values independence, and is looking for a consistent daytime schedule outside of the hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational health services including assessments, screenings, and evaluations
- Treat and manage work-related injuries and illnesses
- Travel between clinic locations as needed (schedule provided in advance)
- Maintain accurate and compliant medical records
- Support workplace safety and wellness initiatives
- Communicate effectively with employees, employers, and care teams

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Kentucky and Illinois
- Willingness to obtain additional state license(s) (company supported)
- 1 year of experience in occupational health, urgent care, ER, or related field
- Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently in varying clinic environments
- Willingness to travel between locations
Preferred:
- Occupational Health (COHN) certification
