Job Summary:
We are seeking a versatile and motivated Floating Occupational Healthcare Nurse to provide high-quality occupational health services across multiple clinic locations. This role involves assessing employee health needs, managing work-related injuries, and promoting workplace wellness initiatives while adapting to various clinical enviroments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct health assessments, screenings, and evaluations for employees across different clinic locations.
- Provide immediate care and management for work-related injuries and illnesses, ensuring appropriate follow-up and referrals.
- Collaborate with clinic staff to implement health and safety programs tailored to each location's needs.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee health records in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Assess workplace hazards and participate in risk assessments to promote a safe working environment.
- Stay updated on local regulations and best practices in occupational health and safety.
- Communicate effectively with employees, management, and external healthcare providers to facilitate optimal care.
- Adapt quickly to varying clinic environments, maintaining flexibility and a positive attitude.

Qualifications:
• Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kentucky and Illinois
• Willing to obtain state license(s) in additional states
• Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (COHN) or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Minimum of one year experience in occupational health nursing or related field.
• Strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in different settings.
• Willingness to travel between clinic locations as required
• RN range $27-$31 per hour
