Healthworks is seeking an experienced Radiology Manager to support our partner health systems and oversee daily operations of multi-modality imaging departments. This role is ideal for a strong leader with a background in medical imaging, team development, and workflow optimization.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations of Radiology and Imaging Services (X-Ray, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, IR, Mammography, etc.).
- Supervise and support imaging supervisors, technologists, and administrative staff.
- Ensure high-quality imaging, patient safety, and compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and departmental workflow.
- Oversee quality assurance, equipment performance, and patient service standards.
- Prepare and manage departmental budgets; support capital equipment planning.
- Build strong relationships with radiologists, providers, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Monitor performance metrics and drive process improvements.
Qualifications
Required:
- 5 years of medical imaging experience, including supervisory or lead experience.
- Current certification in an imaging modality (ARRT, ARDMS, NMTCB, or similar).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of imaging workflow systems (RIS/PACS) and regulatory standards.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
- Experience managing multiple modalities or multi-site operations.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
