We are looking for a dedicated Physician Assistant to join our team at a tight knit specialty hospital in Indianapolis. You will be responsible for daily rounding, assessing and treating patients, coordinating care with other healthcare providers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Conduct comprehensive daily rounds in the LTAC on patients from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians.
- Educate and empower patients and their families about their health care needs.
- Document care comprehensively and accurately.
Qualifications:
- Physician Assistant - Certified
- Current license in Indiana.
- Prefer experience in inpatient setting
- Strong assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Current BLS certification.
