Responsibilities

Provide overnight critical care coverage

Manage ventilated and medically complex patients

Collaborate closely with physicians and hospital staff

Ensure safe, high-quality patient care during night shifts
Qualifications

Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner (ACNP or AGACNP preferred)

Prior critical care experience required

Comfortable managing ventilators independently

Strong clinical judgment and ability to work autonomously
