What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Nurse Full-time position at Healthways?
This full-time position works during the week on shifts scheduled from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. at the HealthWays offices in Weirton, WV.
Must be and AMAP RN or willing to become one.
Must be willing to do on call.
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited nursing program with WV R.N. License and two (2) years’ experience.
Clinical nursing experience in psychiatric or mental health nursing or experience serving ID/DD preferred.
A driver’s license and auto insurance are required.
The purpose of the Registered Nurse position includes the coordination of medical nursing services, specifically outpatient and waiver services. Those duties include but are not limited to the coordination of and the providing of medical services in cooperation with authorized personnel to clients, including completing Personal Care Certification, Nursing Plans of Care as well as needed OSHA, AMAP and medication training and record keeping.
