HealthWays, Inc. is accepting applications for a Full-Time Human Resource Director at the Main Building located at 501 Colliers Way, Weirton, WV 26062.This position requires a bachelor’s degree in business administration and/or Human Resources Management from a regionally accredited college or university. The preferred candidate must have two years previous work experience in human resource management in a healthcare setting.
The HR Director will handle the day-to-day HR supporting tasks and responsibilities and serve as a confidant to the CEO and managers to help support and guide them on people initiatives and a trusted partner to all team members.
Job Duties include recruitment, orientation, worker’s compensation, unemployment benefits administration, employee disciplines, etc.
This position requires excellent written and verbal communication. Highly proficient in MS Word, Power Point and excel is required.
