What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chemical Dependency Technician position at HealthWays, Inc?
The Chemical Dependency Technician is a full-time position at Miracles Happen in Wheeling, WV. The applicant will provide clients with a therapeutic environment and provide basic living skills support. This individual is responsible for monitoring client’s medication and completing medication logs. This individual will provide services to a specific population. This position is required to attend all scheduled staff meetings and training. The Chemical Dependency Technician will report to the Program Director. This position will also assist with supportive group and individuals.
The applicant must have a high school diploma or GED and at least one-year experience working with addiction.
