Healthway Pediatrics in Astoria, Queens is seeking an experienced Pediatric Physician Assistant for part-time hours (8–20 hrs/week) with the potential to expand to full-time for the right fit.
This role is ideal for a PA who can work independently in a high-volume outpatient pediatric setting, with a supervising pediatrician available for complex or specialty cases. You’ll have the chance to build your own patient panel quickly and be part of an established, community-rooted clinic entering a new growth phase.

Responsibilities:
- Provide well and sick visits for pediatric patients
- Conduct school/camp physicals, immunizations, and minor procedures
- Manage common pediatric conditions independently
- Document thoroughly in EMR (Practice Fusion or similar)
Qualifications:
- Active NY State PA license, board certified
- At least 6 months recent pediatric outpatient or urgent care pediatric experience
- Able to manage 15–25 patient visits/day independently
- EMR proficiency and strong communication skills
