- Number of Staff – 70 FTEs

- Day Shift – 1 charge, 1 RN/1 ST per OR, PCTs, ATs, Trauma team
- Night Shift – 1 Charge, 1 RN, 1 ST
- Patient Ratios – 1:1 - Estimated not Guaranteed

- EMR - Meditech
Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
- Flexibility - Day/Evening hours as needed. Call required.
- Self-direction
- Must have Ortho/Joint Experience
- Must have NBSTA and DORA Certifications (NCCT not acceptable)
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
- Level I and trauma experience
- 1500-2300 shift (1100-2100 shift would be considered)
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
- Everything but CVOR, Neuro and Transplants
