Start: ASAP **100 BILLRATE Shift: DAYS- 6:00am – 4:30pm CALL- One night a week and every third weekend BLOCKED SCHEDULE NOT AVAILABLE BUT WILL SCHEDULE SO TRAVELER HAS SOME LONG WEEKENDS MUST BE AVAILABLITY JULY 4TH WEEKEND REQUIREMENTS: CCI – RCIS BLS ALS (obtained within 90 days from start) 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE Scrub color : Hospital Laundered Malibu Blue Scrubs. May wear white non-fleece jacket if desired. EMR- CERNER ****DO NOT SUBMIT IF UNABLE TO START ASAP OR WITHOUT BELOW REQUIREMENTS **** TRAVELERS SUBMITTED WITHOUT THE NECESSARY INFO OR REQUIREMENTS WILL BE REJECTED MUST INCLUDE THE HOME ADDRESS & SSN ON THE SUBMISSIONS TRAVELERS MUST BE GREATER THAN 50 MILES FROM THE FACILITY
