Our partnering facility is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Nurse Coordinator - Dialysis (DIA) - Full Time to join their clinical team.
Responsibilities:
The RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in line with departmental standards and collaborates with service line and site leadership to optimize staffing, schedules, and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory readiness (e.g., Joint Commission standards), and accurate documentation.
- Provide staff education, in-service sessions, and competency development in areas like emergency preparedness, medication administration, and infection control and prevention.
- Deliver compassionate, individualized care using models such as “Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage” while supporting patient advocacy and ensuring HIPAA compliance.
- Assist with clinical action plans, participates in throughput processes (e.g., procedural/treatment management, staff meetings, and huddles), and contributes to shift reports, clinical root cause analysis meetings, staff committees within LOB and sites.
- Advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, aligning with the organization’s vision and values to ensure an exceptional patient experience.
- Support departmental performance through labor reporting, cost containment, and productivity initiatives while addressing patient satisfaction and service excellence.

To Get Started You Will Need:
- 2 yr Associate’s degree/Diploma or 4 yr Bachelor’s degree
- Current and Unencumbered State Nursing License
- At least 1-3 years of recent Dialysis Experience
- Current BLS Certification Required
