- Deliver exceptional patient care as a respiratory therapist.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff to ensure seamless care coordination.
**Qualifications:**
- RRT certification from the NBRC.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in acute care settings.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.
