Job Summary and Qualifications

This position is responsible for supporting regional product standardization in conjunction with the Division Supply Chain Teams. The CRM will facilitate the implementation process by maintaining up-to-date project information, tracking project issues and promoting communication between the Divisions Supply Chain teams and RDC Operations team. The CRM will support the RDC operations by managing product substitutions for backorders/shortages, maintaining an approved product substitution list in the ordering system, and coordinating vendor support

What you will do in this role:

• Supports implementation efforts by baselining existing operations, providing data, and supporting analysis of customer facilities
• Develop spreadsheet and database tools to analyze existing and ongoing operation translating data into meaningful management information reports
• Supports the development and implementation of product standardizations
• Maintains and communicates financial and performance measurements as a gauge of standardization/utilization success
• Maintains comprehensive cross references to support product substitution requirements
• Monitors open requisition reports and supports operation team in resolution of issues

What qualifications you will need:

• RN - Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Business Management, Healthcare Administration, or Finance preferred; other relevant clinical experience may be considered Required
• 3-5 years’ experience managing multiple projects to successful completion that required financial modeling and analysis.
• Proficient in the use of all software provided in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience is preferred in healthcare financial services, clinical operations, supply chain, or information systems-oriented environment.
• Previous experience working in information technology product support or product development Required Required Preferred Preferred
