Execute and manage financial data dashboards, scorecards and other metric-driven analytical assessments that accurately reflect the state of the program.
What you will do in this role:
- Perform new member recruitment cost analysis and product comparison ensuring accurate and clinically sound illustration of program benefits.
- Act as product cross-reference subject matter expert.
- Manage financial data dashboards, scorecards and other metric-driven analytical assessments that accurately reflect the state of the program.
- Facilitate data management communications to stakeholders, driving compliance and increasing revenue.
- Ongoing analytical assistance as it relates to the management of the program.
- Utilizing data query tools, such as Sales Reporting, CatScan, vendor spreadsheets, etc. to create and maintain metric reporting, integrating data from multiple sources.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- High School Graduate/Equivalent
- 1 year(s) of experience in healthcare, particularly healthcare group purchasing - Preferred
- 1 year(s) of experience in Medical product knowledge - Preferred
- Strong analytical skills and spreadsheet experience - Required
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge/Familiarity with medical products/supplies
- Ability to multi-task and strong project management skills required
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills required
- Effective customer service and communication skills (verbal and written) required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs, especially demonstrated ability/expertise with Excel
