Key Responsibilities
- Perform entire patient care continuum of urgent care and acute patients in the Emergency Department
- Utilize available physician resources appropriately
- Demonstrate high confidence in treating patients
- Available for Primary Patient Care for patients of all ages
- 1728 clinical hours per year, 12x12 hour shifts per month (11am-11pm), 30-35 patients per day, No Call Physician on every shift
