Position Overview
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the practice. Key Responsibilities
- Lead all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis functions
- Monitor practice financial health and optimize profitability, cash flow, and sustainability
- Oversee revenue cycle management and ensure accurate billing, coding, and collections processes
- Manage financial compliance, audits, and reporting in accordance with healthcare regulations
- Develop performance dashboards and KPIs to support data-driven decision making
- Advise on strategic initiatives including service-line expansion, technology investments, and physician compensation models
- Partner closely with clinical and operational leaders to support a high-performance organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting or Finance
- CPA, CMA, or equivalent credential strongly preferred
- 5 years of senior-level financial leadership experience in healthcare (physician practice preferred)
- Proven expertise in revenue cycle oversight, budgeting, and financial analysis
- Strong knowledge of medical practice operations, payer reimbursement, and healthcare compliance
- Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills
- Ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced, evolving environment
