What you’ll do:
• Oversee day-to-day office operations
• Manage scheduling and patient flow
• Support both administrative and clinical workflows
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience
• Help build and refine processes as we grow
• Step into clinical support when needed (vitals, rooming, assisting providers)

• Highly organized and proactive
• Strong communicator with a patient-first mindset
• Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
• Healthcare experience
