The right candidate will be a team player with strong communication skills, a sharp attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.Key Responsibilities Include:
- Welcoming and checking in/out patients
- Answering phones and scheduling appointments
- Verifying insurance and collecting payments
- Preparing referrals and sending medical records
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining organized records
Experience with billing and coding is a plus but not required - we’re willing to train the right person!What you bring to the table:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong keyboarding and basic computer proficiency
- A friendly, professional attitude and a proactive approach
