Clinic hours: M-Th: 8am-6pm, F 8am-12pm
Qualifications:
- Spanish/English bilingual highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written skills for interacting with patients and providers.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
- Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and clerical experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients warmly and professionally.
- Answer phones and respond to online patient messages.
- Check patients in and out efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient recalls.
- Process paperwork and take payments.
- Review insurance coverage and answer basic questions.
- Build strong, ongoing relationships with patients.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
