Duties

• Perform specialized treatments such as trigger point therapy and other manual therapy techniques to alleviate muscle tension and improve mobility
• Utilize medical imaging and physiology knowledge to support accurate diagnosis and treatment strategies
• Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment approaches based on ongoing evaluations and patient feedback
• Educate patients on injury prevention, posture correction, and lifestyle modifications related to occupational health and wellness
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient care, assessment findings, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with medical terminology standards

Skills

• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical imaging techniques relevant to musculoskeletal health
• Proficiency in patient assessment, physical examinations, and interpreting medical terminology accurately
• Expertise in pain management strategies including trigger point therapy and acute pain relief methods
• Ability to observe subtle patient cues through attentive observation of symptoms and responses during treatment sessions
